Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver exceptional care and service to visitors, ensuring a personalized and unforgettable experience for all.

· Exhibit outstanding verbal communication skills to effectively engage with the public and diverse groups.

· Act as a proactive and engaged team member, making valuable contributions to the overall success of the Visitor Experience.

· Undertake stewarding duties as directed, encompassing tasks such as ticket checking, directing visitors, and maintaining cleanliness in designated areas. For team members trained in the Ticket Office, assist with ticket purchases, offer visitor guidance, and uphold a high level of product knowledge.

· Be available to work on weekends and public holidays as required to meet operational needs.

Requirements:

• Reside in the Franschhoek/Paarl Area and be willing to commute.

• Fluent in English, showcasing excellent communication skills.

• Possess a Matric Certificate.

• Previous experience in the Tourism/Hospitality/Wine sector is essential.

• Tourism Guide Qualification/Wine Qualification is advantageous.
