NANCEFIELD PAINTS is seeking a proactive and people-focused Training, Wellness & Development Coordinator with strong HR knowledge, a passion for learning, and the ability to use AI tools to design and deliver meaningful training. This role also takes ownership of employee wellness programs, ensuring our teams are supported, informed, and growing both professionally and personally.

Youll work across departments to deliver training aligned with our processes, policies, and products, while monitoring employee learning, facilitating regular knowledge checks, and supporting overall wellness initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric + relevant qualification in Training, HR, or Learning & Development

  • Valid Drivers License (Essential)

  • Minimum 2 years experience in training, HR, or employee development

  • Strong understanding of HR practices, onboarding, compliance, and disciplinary processes

  • Proven experience using AI tools (to create training content)

  • Ability to manage both in-person and virtual training

  • Experience in running or supporting employee wellness initiatives

  • Strong administrative, reporting, and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver employee training using AI and digital tools

  • Facilitate onboarding, upskilling, and refresher training across departments

  • Align training content with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

  • Develop and track weekly knowledge assessments

  • Keep accurate and auditable training records

  • Monitor training progress, identify gaps, and report on outcomes

  • Recommend and manage external training within budget

  • Collaborate with suppliers for product-specific training

  • Drive and coordinate employee wellness programs (mental health, team-building, awareness days, etc.)

  • Provide HR-aligned training in support of employee conduct, performance, and compliance

  • Manage wellness calendars, campaigns, and internal communication

  • Support performance improvement plans with targeted training

  • Ensure training and wellness initiatives are inclusive, engaging, and effective
