As a Technician in our Clinical Pathology laboratory, you are a vital part of the diagnostic process. Your role involves performing routine and urgent sample analyses with precision and care, ensuring that every result contributes to timely, quality healthcare. Role Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you are required to hold:

  • a National Certificate in Medical Technology (Clinical Pathology)

  • be registered with the HPCSA as a Medical Technician in Clinical Pathology.

These qualifications ensure you are equipped to contribute meaningfully from day one, while also aligning with our commitment to attracting the right talent to deliver on our strategy. You are expected to have completed 18 months of experiential learning as a Learner Technician within a Clinical Pathology environment. This hands-on experience lays the foundation for confident, independent practice and reflects our belief in focused learning solutions that prepare our people for the future.

Skills Requirements

Strong communication skills in both English and Afrikaans, basic computer literacy, and sound numerical reasoning are essential for success in this role. These skills enable you to collaborate effectively, manage data accurately, and contribute to a people-centric environment where engagement and teamwork are key.
