Role Purpose
To manage and drive interactions with off Net partners. Project manage orders from inception to delivery whilst coordinating internal and external stakeholders. Collect information for project tracking and status reporting according to defined project reporting standards. Actively contribute to the effective delivery of project tasks according to allocated duties and project plan and escalate identified risks.
Coordinate project planning activities through the preparation of resource scheduling, physical planning, monitoring and control of project design. Monitor and ensure the accurate and timeous payment of invoices within approval limits. Analyse and provide project estimates by identifying project phases and elements, all resource requirements and costs for informed decision making. Analyse project data to build team and third-party performance dashboards.
Assist with and be involved in planning and support for any present and future off Net requirements. Proactively identify tangible and procedural problems, determine root-cause and apply solutions in line with established guidelines or escalate more complex problems, providing the necessary information to solveproblems.Accountable to continuously improve quality, service and work outputs, within defined work routines and operating procedures.
Proactively identify work problems, determine the cause and apply solutions in line with established guidelines relating to an area of specialisation.Plan for own task execution and advises on improvements related to an area of specialisation.To manage customer services from order to cash process end to end. Customer Communication, meeting delivery timeframes and achieving revenue on time is of high priority. The revenue achieved monthly forms part of the AOP bottom-line. Role Description
Adhere to predetermined operational costing within budgets in the execution of projects and work related expenditure.Adhere to specified standards, policies and procedures to prevent potential losses, and identify and escalate prevention opportunities related to an area of specialisation.Adhere to specified financial controls and associated standards applicable to an area of specialisation that will prevent losses and/or contribute to profitability.
Manage the Order to Cash Process with focus on revenue, delivery count and meeting customer required dates (CRFS).Communicate training needs applicable to the area of responsibility.Execute specialised type work and related tasks and activities in line with identified performance standards, always looking for quality and skills improvement opportunities.
Contribute positively to own area-specific knowledge improvement of human resource elements. Engage with cross-functional teams ensuring that service delivery is on time. Actively manage stakeholder engagements with regard to delivery of projects. Ensure own understanding and adherence to customer service delivery standards in order to meet or exceed customer expectations. Engage with customers, ensuring feedback is given timeously.
National Diploma Engineering and/or Advanced Certificates; Project Management Certificate.
