Job Summary
We’re hiring two high-performing SDRs to take ownership of outbound lead generation for a fast-scaling tech company in the AI infrastructure space. This role is focused on cold calling targeted decision-makers in technical industries to drive top-of-funnel engagement and book meetings for the Account Executive team.
Ideal for SDRs with a strong outbound track record, this is a high-impact role requiring deep persistence, confidence in cold outreach, and the ability to speak consultatively with tech executives.
Key Responsibilities
Execute 100+ outbound dials/day with a minimum of 6+ call connects (60s+) daily
Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and multichannel messaging to targeted contact lists
Use tools like Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage pipeline activity
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives with senior technical stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategy
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the CRM

Requirements:
1-2+ years of outbound SDR experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or IT services
2-3+ years experience with cold-calling
Excellent cold calling skills with a proven ability to hit and exceed KPIs
Experience speaking with technical personas (CTO, VP Eng, CIO, etc.) preferred
Proficient with CRM systems (ideally Hubspot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong written and verbal communication skills; consultative sales style
Familiarity with the AI/ML/data/DevOps landscape is a strong plus
Must be able to work full-time Eastern Standard Time hours (9am–5:30pm EST)
Benefits:
