WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the sales team by managing the operational aspects of the sales process. You will handle follow-ups, scheduling, documentation, and CRM updates to ensure deals move forward efficiently. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain visibility into the pipeline and support execution across the sales cycle.
We're looking for someone who brings structure, follow-through, and curiosity to a fast-moving sales process. You'll play a key role in helping the team work more efficiently, close deals faster, and deliver a better experience to prospects and customers.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
Manage follow-ups, scheduling, and client coordination throughout the sales process
Track opportunities, update CRM records, and maintain pipeline accuracy
Prepare documentation and coordinate internal steps to move deals forward
Assist with contracts, pricing, and handoffs in collaboration with other teams
Support ongoing improvements to the sales process and internal documentation
Contribute to the development of resources like objection handling guides and case studies
Partner with sales and operations to ensure timely, high-quality client experiences
Keep things organized, on time, and moving
Requirements

YOU ARE…
Inherently curious and eager to learn complex topics on your own
Empathetic, with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
Organized and proactive in managing tasks and driving progress
Comfortable with ambiguity and asking thoughtful questions
A clear, concise communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned
YOU HAVE…
1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Project Coordination
Background in eCommerce or retail operations
A strong sense of ownership and accountability for follow-through
Excellent written communication skills
Experience with tools like HubSpot and Gong is preferable
Comfort in startup or fast-paced work environments
A learning mindset and openness to feedback
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Bonus: Experience in SaaS, B2B, or client-facing roles
