We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Rope Access Level 3 Technician to lead and supervise rope access operations across multiple industrial and commercial sites. The successful candidate will ensure safe and efficient execution of tasks at height, manage teams, and uphold compliance with IRATA standards and site-specific safety protocols.

Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and lead rope access teams on site
Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety compliance
Perform inspections, maintenance, cleaning, or installation tasks at height
Ensure proper rigging and anchor systems are in place
Maintain equipment and ensure pre-use checks are completed
Complete job documentation and reports
Liaise with clients and site managers
Train and mentor Level 1 and 2 technicians
Skills and Competencies
IRATA Level 3 Certification (valid and up to date)
Minimum 3–5 years rope access experience
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Familiarity with working at height regulations and safety procedures
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work scopes
Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel
First Aid or Rescue Training
Strong communication and reporting skills
Qualifications
Grade 12 or relevant experience,
Fall Arrest Level 3
First Aid Level 1 advantageous,
Medical clearance certificate,
Experience in working in heights
