What Youll Be Doing:

  • Capture, format, and share meeting notes quickly and accurately.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client queries with discretion and a professional approach.

  • Keep records updated across different systems, ensuring accuracy and easy access.

  • Assist with multidepartment projects, helping teams hit deadlines.

  • Provide daytoday admin support such as scheduling, preparing documents, and managing information.

  • Treat all tasks and interactions with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Embrace new software or tools that help improve workflows.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: R6,500 R8,000 per month (based on experience)

  • 40 days of paid leave per year

  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or similar support role

  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications


  • Experience with CRM platforms or related systems is a definite plus

  • Strong eye for detail with a focus on accuracy and quality

  • Exceptionally organised, dependable, and able to manage time effectively

  • Confident working autonomously, handling priorities, and meeting strict deadlines

  • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tools and processes

  • Great people skills with a collaborative and teamoriented approach

  • Excellent written and spoken English, with solid grammar, spelling, and punctuation

  • Must have a dependable laptop, a steady internet connection, and a suitable home workspace
