Job Title: Real Estate Broker – Sales & Rentals (Remote, Full-Time)

Active Realty is looking for a driven and resourceful Real Estate Broker to join our growing team. You'll be handling both sales and rental mandates, working remotely with the support of an experienced manager and a tight-knit team behind you. We believe in hustle, heart, and high performance — if you're serious about building a real estate career, this is your shot.

Responsibilities:

• Listing and selling residential property

• Managing rental listings and securing quality tenants

• Prospecting for new leads through cold calling and outreach

• Managing your pipeline and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM

• Attending a weekly team meeting (either online or at a local coffee shop)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (real estate preferred but not required)

• Must have your own car, laptop (i5 or better), and smartphone — do not apply if you do not have all three

• Confident making cold calls daily

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Driven, honest, and hardworking — we value mindset more than certificates

• Ideally located in the Atlantic Seaboard.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience using HubSpot CRM

• Holding a Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)

• Previous experience in rentals or property sales

Earnings:
Your income is directly tied to the effort you put in. Brokers in this role typically earn anywhere from R200,000 to R720,000+ per year, depending on performance.
