As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for executing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. In this internal-facing role, you'll transform strategies developed by our Marketing Strategists into high-performing, results-driven ad campaigns. You'll also identify growth opportunities and help us stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities::
Campaign Management: Build, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter a plus).
Strategy Execution: Apply advanced tactics such as audience segmentation, bid adjustments, and A/B testing to drive results.
Budget & Goals: Manage campaign budgets, define goals, and align ad performance with client objectives.
Analytics & Optimization: Analyze campaigns using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other tools to find optimization opportunities.
Collaboration: Partner with SEO, creative, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive campaigns across platforms.
Innovation: Research new advertising opportunities and share findings to enhance our collective team knowledge.
Requirements::
Experience::
3+ years in digital advertising, including hands-on campaign management across multiple platforms.
Experience working remotely or within distributed teams preferred.
Technical Skills::
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
Skilled in troubleshooting tracking systems and ensuring reporting accuracy.
Familiarity with Looker Studio and other marketing tools (SEMrush, etc.).
Strong email communication skills—able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients.
Comfortable using Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and Loom for meetings and client updates.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
