Job Purpose

To ensure that operation is managed efficiently and that all KPI's are achieved as well as to have a customer orientated approach and ensure that continuous improvement is established. To maintain BIL Standards and ensure positive relations with staff as well as ensuring a safe and healthy work environment

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum requirments:

• Grade 12

• Degree/Diploma in Logistics or equivalent

Experience

• ±3 years in a Supervising position managing team of people

• Warehousing / Stock yard operations required.

• Stock control and inventory experience required.

• Vehicle Handling, Preservation & Quality
