We’re Hiring: Junior IT Technician

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant IT Diploma or Certification (A+, N+, or equivalent)
2+ years of practical experience in IT support or troubleshooting
Solid understanding of hardware and software repairs
Familiar with AI tools and up-to-date on modern technology trends
Hands-on experience with cable management, network setups, and PC assembly
Experience in basic programming/scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues across company devices
Set up, manage, and organize cables, routers, and IT infrastructure
Install and configure operating systems, software, and updates
Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and system errors
Support internal teams with day-to-day tech needs
Assist in small programming tasks or automations
Stay current with AI tools, emerging technologies, and propose improvements
Hard Skills:
PC and Laptop Troubleshooting
Cable Management & Network Setup
Operating System Installations (Windows/Linux)
Knowledge of AI platforms and tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
Basic Programming (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
IT Security Awareness
Software and Hardware Maintenance
Soft Skills:
Strong Communication and Listening Skills
Logical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving
Ability to Work Independently and as a Team Player
Attention to Detail and Accountability
Willingness to Learn and Adapt
