About the Role:

As our Junior FOH Manager, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front of house, ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth shift management, and a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing FOH operations during service

• Lead and support FOH team members to deliver top-tier service

• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism

• Maintain cleanliness, health & safety, and service quality standards

• Assist stock control and cash ups

• Monitor stock levels for FOH supplies and coordinate with relevant departments

Requirements:

• Experience in the hospitality industry preferably.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Basic understanding of POS systems and daily cash-up procedures

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Nice to Have:

• Hospitality or management qualifications

• Experience with reservation and booking systems
