Are you energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about building strong customer relationships? A2Pay Financial Services is looking for a Field Sales Agent to drive our growth in the field and provide exceptional support to our merchant base. As a Field Sales Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring high levels of service, sales delivery, and satisfaction. You will generate leads, upsell loan products, follow up on merchant payments, and play a crucial role in driving business performance on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads using the adoption and retention reports.
Visit merchants to present loan products and assess financial needs.
Establish and grow strong relationships with both new and existing merchants.
Upsell loans to merchants who have paid off existing loans.
Follow up on late or missed merchant payments.
Submit accurate loan documentation and weekly reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 customer issues in the field.
Drive continuous customer satisfaction through solution-focused engagement.
Minimum Requirements
Matric with at least 2 years’ working experience.
Valid driver’s license and strong driving ability.
Proficiency in Excel and basic Microsoft Office tools.
Comfortable with numbers and working with reports.
Able to communicate in at least one African language.
Experience in field sales, customer service, or loan products (preferred).

High energy, confidence, and charisma.
Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver.
Excellent planner and team player.
Comfortable working under pressure and managing long days in the field.
