Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista/Barman to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, cocktails, and delivering excellent guest experiences. Whether you are preparing specialty coffees or mixing creative cocktails, you will play a key role in enhancing the atmosphere and reputation of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Beverages:

• Brew coffee and tea, and create specialty drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, espressos).

• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.

• Maintain quality and consistency in drink preparation, ensuring beverages are served according to established recipes and customer preferences.

• Customer Service:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Address any complaints or special requests promptly and courteously.

• Maintain Cleanliness:

• Keep the bar area, coffee station, and seating areas clean and organized.

• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the work environment.

• Wash and sanitize glasses, utensils, and other equipment.

• Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels for beverages, coffee beans, and bar supplies, and notify the manager when orders are needed.

• Help with receiving and stocking deliveries when necessary.

• Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

• Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation and customer service standards.

• Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista, Bartender, or similar role in a high-paced environment.

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and cocktail preparation.

• Ability to create an enjoyable, welcoming experience for customers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (as required by local laws).

• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a café, bar, or hospitality setting.

• Certification in food safety or barista training (preferred but not required).

• Passion for coffee, cocktails, or mixology.
