We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Program Manager to support the effective execution of Amazon’s Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) initiatives. This is a delivery-focused role that involves implementing key program components, coordinating across teams, and ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements.
As a Program Manager, you'll be responsible for executing defined plans, managing day-to-day program operations, and ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope. You’ll work across functions such as Business, Legal, Finance, and HR to support accurate documentation, process improvements, and reporting. You'll also support the communication of program milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to achieving measurable outcomes. You’ll interact with both internal and external stakeholders, supporting training sessions, maintaining reporting tools, and escalating issues as needed to maintain compliance and performance.

Key job responsibilities
- Implement and manage key components of Amazon’s B-BBEE program.
- Track and report on compliance metrics, identifying gaps and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Support internal reviews and partner with Business, Legal, Public Policy and Finance to ensure program accuracy and alignment.
- Conduct operational risk assessments and escalate compliance concerns as needed.
- Coordinate with teams to maintain accurate documentation and data for audits and reporting.
- Organize and support training and stakeholder update sessions to drive awareness and accountability.
- Provide timely, actionable updates to leadership on program progress and roadblocks.
Process improvement experience in a regulated environment.
Honors degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or a related field.
