Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, friendly, and professional administrative assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. They will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and will require excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Track multiple projects
Maintain and update office databases, records and files
Assist clients, contractors, and consultants
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Handle any other reasonable administrative duties as they arise.
Minimum Requirements
NSC or equivalent (degree or relevant certification is an added advantage)
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Friendly and professional demeanour with a proactive attitude.
