Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, friendly, and professional administrative assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. They will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and will require excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track multiple projects

  • Maintain and update office databases, records and files

  • Assist clients, contractors, and consultants

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries

  • Handle any other reasonable administrative duties as they arise.

Minimum Requirements

  • NSC or equivalent (degree or relevant certification is an added advantage)

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Friendly and professional demeanour with a proactive attitude.
