Job Summary
As an Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind new revenue growth. You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle—managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, conducting demos, and closing deals. You'll also play a crucial role in onboarding new clients and ensuring they quickly see value from the platform. You'll work closely with leadership and product teams to align customer needs with the platform's capabilities and identify expansion opportunities. You will also support customer success initiatives to drive retention, satisfaction, and long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Management: Track inquiries, qualify prospects, and schedule demos or calls (often with the CEO).
Sales Pipeline Ownership: Own the full sales funnel from discovery to close, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Client Onboarding: Support smooth handover and training of new clients to accelerate time-to-value.
Customer Success Support: Conduct proactive check-ins, offer guidance on best practices, and resolve client issues to maintain high satisfaction.
Retention & Win-Back: Collaborate with customer success to re-engage churned or at-risk customers and strengthen long-term relationships.
Upsell & Expansion: Spot opportunities for existing clients to upgrade or adopt new features.
Process Optimization: Help refine internal sales and customer journey playbooks.
CRM & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deals and lead stages to enable clear forecasting.
Product Feedback Loop: Share customer insights and feature requests with the product team to guide roadmap decisions.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent communication skills—you’re strong on calls, in demos, and via written follow-up.
Experience with CRMs and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Organized, efficient, and motivated by measurable results.
